A self-guided tour is possible.
Guided Tours:
Fridays at 3:00 p.m.
Saturdays, Sundays and holidays at 11:00 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
November – March: Daily 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.
A self-guided tour is possible.
Guided Tours:
Saturdays and Sundays at 2:00 p.m.
Admission is allowed up to 30 minutes before the ticket office closes.

Audio Tours:
Using a mobile CD player, (Discman), the audio tour guides you along a selected route through the former Cistercian monastery. During stops at 10 stations the speaker tells you about the important historical information and explains details of the monastery's architecture. By using the "Pause" button to interrupt the audio tour or by selecting specific stations using the "Skip" button, the visitor can individually customize the tour of the monastery complex to suit his or her interests.
The audio tour is available in German and English.
Fees
Admission Fees at the Eberbach Monastery
Adults: 6.50 Euros per person
Reduced Rates for Adults: 5.50 Euros per person
- When arriving by public transportation (RMV- RTV)
- Groups (10 persons or more)
Additional Reduced Rates: 4.50 Euros per person
- Adolescents (12-18 years old)
- Students (with ID)
- Handicapped persons (with ID)
Children up to 12 years old are admitted free of charge
Guided Tours:
Adults: 9.00 Euros per person, including admission
Adults with reduced admission: 7.00 Euros per person
