Directions to Kloster Eberbach and Winery
Via Frankfurt (BAB 5)
At the Nordwestkreuz Frankfurt, turn onto the BAB 66 towards Wiesbaden. Follow the BAB 66 past Wiesbaden towards Rheingau (Eltville, Rüdesheim). The BAB 66 continues from Walluf on the B 42 federal road (four lanes). Follow the B 42 and from the Kiedrich exit look for the signs to Kloster Eberbach. Follow the brown cultural signs with white lettering “Kloster Eberbach” through Kiedrich. Continue on the L 3320 towards Hattenheim. The monastery grounds are in Kisselbachtal on the right-hand side of the state road (sharp left-hand bend).
Via Frankfurt Airport (BAB 3 / BAB 5)
Coming from the BAB 5, change to the BAB 3 at Frankfurter Kreuz. Towards Wiesbaden, turn onto the BAB 66 at the Wiesbadener Kreuz intersection. Follow the BAB 66 past Wiesbaden towards the Rheingau (Eltville, Rüdesheim). From Walluf, the BAB 66 continues on the B 42 federal road (four lanes). Follow the B 42 and from the Kiedrich exit look out for the signs to Kloster Eberbach. Follow the brown cultural signs with white lettering “Kloster Eberbach” through Kiedrich. Via Frankfurt-Hahn Airport (BAB 61 / BAB 60 -63 -67)
At the Mainz motorway junction, turn onto the BAB 643 towards Wiesbaden. Drive over the Schiersteiner Brücke bridge to the Schiersteiner Kreuz intersection and change there to the BAB 66 in the direction of Rüdesheim. Follow the BAB 66 past Wiesbaden towards Rheingau (Eltville, Rüdesheim). From Walluf, the BAB 66 continues on the B 42 federal road (four lanes). Follow the B 42 and from the Kiedrich exit look out for the signs to Kloster Eberbach. Follow the brown cultural signs with white lettering “Kloster Eberbach” through Kiedrich. Travel by public transport
The journey is also possible without any problems by local public transport. From Eltville railway station, line 172 runs hourly to the Kloster Eberbach (Barockpforte) stop. Beyond that, long-distance connections are only recommended from Wiesbaden, Mainz or Frankfurt.

Please note that parking facilities on site are very limited – especially during larger public events. Please use public transport and pay 1 euro less for your admission ticket to the monastery (present your ticket).
Location plan
Due to the extensive construction work in connection with the general renovation projects, parking spaces inside the monastery complex are severely limited. Event participants are requested to use the parking spaces available outside the monastery walls.
Currently, cars can be parked in the marked parking spaces “P-East” and “P-West”. Buses are not permitted to enter the monastery grounds. Please use the designated parking spaces in the “P-West” area.
The central meeting point for all events - unless otherwise notified by the organiser - is the monastery ticket office.
The box office for concerts inside the cloister (cloister, basilica, monks' refectory, etc.) is located under the portico at the beginning of Klostergasse (eastern forecourt of the Konversenbau). For enquiries, please note the opening hours of the Foundation Office and the Monastery Cashier's
Office.
