All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire website without prior notice, or to cease publication temporarily or permanently.

2. Links and References

The author is not responsible for any content linked or referred to from his pages – unless he has full knowledge of illegal content and would be able to prevent visitors to his site from viewing those pages.

The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content was discernible on the linked pages. The author has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the pages linked to. For this reason, he hereby expressly distances himself from all content of all linked pages that were changed after the link was set. This statement applies to all links and references set within the author's own website as well as to third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums and mailing lists set up by the author. The provider of the page to which reference is made shall be solely liable for illegal, incorrect or incomplete content and in particular for damages arising from the use or non-use of such information, and not the party who merely links to the respective publication.

3. Copyright and trademark law

The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself, or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.

All brand names and trademarks mentioned on the website and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not mean that it is not protected by the rights of third parties.

The copyright for published objects created by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of such objects, for example diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications, is not permitted without the author's express agreement.

5. Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part of the internet publication from which this site was referenced. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not legal or correct, the content or validity of the other parts remains unaffected.

What you should know

On these internet pages, we take the protection of your personal data very seriously and adhere to the rules of the data protection laws. The following declaration gives you an overview of what kind of data is collected for what purpose and to what extent this data is made available to third parties.

Data processing on these Internet pages
Data that your browser transmits to us is automatically stored in the necessary server statistics. These are:

Browser type/version
Operating system used
Referrer URL (page previously visited)
Host name of the computer accessing the web site (IP address)
Time of server request

As a rule, we cannot assign this data to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources and is deleted after statistical evaluation.

Cookies

These internet pages use so-called cookies in several places. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are automatically deleted after the end of your visit. Cookies do no damage to your computer and do not contain any viruses.

Comments, E-Mails

Such information that you enter on these internet pages or transmit to us in any other way is captured and stored by us. This applies, for example, to comments, names, e-mail addresses and URLs that you enter into comment fields. This information is provided voluntarily and will not be verified in any way; the use of pseudonyms etc. is possible. We would like to point out that names, specified websites and comments are visible to every user of the site. Data is also collected and stored when you send e-mails to us.

Right to Information

We would be happy to provide you with information about the personal data we hold about you. However, we know no more than you do. Nonetheless, we are happy to share this knowledge with you within the framework of the legal right to information. If you have any further questions about the handling of your data, simply send an e-mail to our address – you can find it here in the Legal Information section.

Use of Facebook Social Plugins

This website uses social plugins ("plugins") from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA ("Facebook"). The plugins are recognisable by one of the Facebook logos (white "f" on a blue tile or a "thumbs up" sign) or are marked with the text "Facebook Social Plugin". The list and appearance of Facebook social plugins can be viewed here: developers.facebook.com/plugins.

When a user calls up one of this offer's webpages that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly to your browser by Facebook and integrated into the webpage by Facebook. The provider therefore has no influence on the scope of the data that Facebook collects with the help of this plugin and therefore informs users according to its state of knowledge:

Through the integration of its plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has called up the corresponding page of the offer. If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to his or her Facebook account. When users interact with the plugins, for example by clicking the Like button or posting a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored there. If a user is not a member of Facebook, it is still possible for Facebook to obtain and store their IP address. According to Facebook, only an anonymised IP address is stored in Germany.

The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook, as well as the relevant rights and setting options for protecting the privacy of users, can be found in the Facebook data usage guidelines.

If a user is a Facebook member and does not want Facebook to collect data about him- or herself via this offer and link it to his or her membership data stored on Facebook, he or she must log out of Facebook before visiting the website.

It is also possible to block Facebook social plugins with add-ons for your browser, for example with the "Facebook Blocker".

Web statistics

The open source software Piwik is used for statistical analysis of visitor access. This is hosted in Germany and stores no IP addresses. The IP address is replaced by a "0″ in the Piwik database and encrypted before further internal processing. The use of cookies that serve to identify returning visitors and extend beyond the existing session has been dispensed with.

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (Google). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, which are stored on your computer and which enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for website operators and provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google's behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
