Wine Assortment
Our assortment of wines includes Riesling, Spät-, Weiß- and Grauburgunder grape varieties. Based on the guidelines of the Association of Distinguished German Wine Estates (VDP), we differentiate between "Cabinetkeller", "Crescentia", and local and estate wines.

Estate bottling from the cabinet cellar
Handpicked premium wines
"Estate bottling from the cabinet cellar" stands for wines with unique quality standards. Even in the past, these wines were among the most valuable of their time. Only grapes from the most valuable parcels of the best sites of the Rheingau are processed. The harvest is done by hand. In our cabinet cellars, the wines are carefully vinified and then matured into dry and noble sweet top wines. The cabinet cellars are located in our Assmannshausen and Steinberg domains .

Crescentia
Rare wines from valuable single vineyards
The yield of our "Crescentia" wines is very limited. The grapes come from valuable single vineyard sites and clearly reflect the vineyard's character. They are also harvested by hand.
The spectrum of the wines ranges from subtle to intense fruit aromas, a fine to strong spiciness as well as an elegant to pronounced minerality. The focus of the wines is always on a modern and fresh note.

Local Wines
Lokal Wines with Character
Our local wines grow in high-quality, characterful and traditional vineyards within a village. Only regional grape varieties produce wines that reflect and express the local terroir.

Estate Wines
Wines Typical of the Region
Estate wines are traditional and typical of their region. As the winery's business card, they present our philosophy and signature. They are often the first wines of a wine year to be bottled and sold - and thus the trendsetters of the new vintage. They come from our own vineyards in the Rheingau and the Hessische Bergstraße.
