The Kloster Eberbach Foundation generally makes the premises of the monastery available for film and photo shoots.
Part of the Foundation's mission is to preserve the architectural and cultural monument of Kloster Eberbach in the long term by using it in a moderate manner that is appropriate to the location and gentle on the environment. In particular, the Foundation has the task of ensuring the protection, care and maintenance of Kloster Eberbach.
For this reason, it must be able to exert binding influence on the type and scope of the planned recordings. This is done within the framework of an agreement on the permission for filming and photography.
In order for the permit to be issued quickly, an e-mail should be sent containing the following information:
- Details of the contact person of the film/photo team incl. contact details
- Number of participants
- Date and time of the recordings
- Location of the recordings
- Purpose of the recordings
